Justin Boxler Riesling Tradition 2022 AB (Agriculture Biologique)

2022 was the first harvest that Domaine Justin Boxler got AB certified (Agriculture Biologique). Lovely authentic Riesling made from hand-picked grapes from 50-year-old vines. Harmonious and fresh wine with lovely citrus notes. Great acid. The wine goes perfectly with fish, shellfish, salads etc. Vinification: Long and soft pressing. Cold settling before fermentation. Natural fermentation in oak barrels. Terroir: Limestone. Harvest yield: 50 HL per hectares. The wine is organically grown and carries AB approval (Agriculture Biologique).
