In a wild and strong "anti-authoritarian minimal cutting system", the fungus-resistant Cabernet Blanc and Sauvignac grape varieties used for this exciting wine are grown
The result: A dry virgin wine with a harmonious balance between exotic fruits and vegetable spices.
The grapes for the first bottles of Next Generation were harvested just as Julia and Daniel's son was born. The footprint on the label belongs to the little guy.
