Petersen Vineyards - Father's Old Plov Chardonnay 2022

This beautiful Chardonnay has as much history as personality in the taste. It exudes freshly mowed cornfields, hay and the Californian sun and warmth. It comes out of the glass nicely with fine notes of dried flowers, hay and a mild honey note.

The wine itself is a splendid example of hard work paying off. It is inspired by the story of Peter's father, who learned to plow with a horse at a young age back home in Fårhus in Denmark.

Beautiful depth that is nicely complimented by the dried flowers.
