Petersen Vineyards - Mors Blomter Rosé

Far away from Provence, just as far away from Denmark, this Dane makes some of the most delicious Rosé wine. Looks super nice in the glass, where it invites you to drink it!

It bursts with life, layers that keep on giving, Danish summer meadow that sneaks around in the mouth. The sweetness is present, which is nicely complimented by the crisp, fresh acidity.

The wine tells a good story about the winemaker, who believes that wine must be made on nature's terms. There are thoughts involved in the cultivation, the production, in addition to the recycling of leftover grape material, which is distributed out in the field.
