Portuguese grape composition in California, collected in one bottle. These are Tinta Roriz (Tempranillo), Tinta cão and Souzáo, which together make a perfectly balanced wine. There is the fruit and depth from Tinta Roriz, the structure from Tinta Cáo and then the acidity from the Souzáo that just lifts the whole wine.

It is a delicate wine with personality that has a bit of everything. The wine is dark in the glass, and bursts out of the glass with a complexity that makes the angels sing.
