Søndersø Bryg is a lager with more hops and a more complex taste of malt than other light beers. The taste is malty and with a soft bitterness, great mouthfeel and a slightly sweet finish.

The beer is unfiltered, unpasteurized and fermented under pressure at a low temperature to highlight the clean and clear expression IBU 37/EBC 11
